Launch Support for new founders
From idea to first customer, without the overthinking.
Most new founders don’t fail from a bad idea. They stall: more research, more videos, more plans, and no customers. Launch Support is one focused hour that ends with a realistic plan and your next three moves.
What happens in the session
- Before: a short questionnaire about your idea, skills, time and budget.
- During (60 minutes, video call): we check the idea against real demand signals, map startup costs honestly, and choose a business model that fits your situation.
- After (within 48 hours): a written 30-day action plan with your first-customer strategy and the tools to use, free ones first.
What we cover
- Is there demand? We look at what people search for (Google Trends and Keyword Planner), what competitors charge and what their reviews complain about, then set you a one-week test, such as a pre-sale or a simple landing page, to see if strangers will pay.
- What it really costs to start, and what you can do with little or no budget.
- Service, ecommerce or digital product: which fits you?
- AI tools that genuinely save time, and the hype to ignore.
- How to find and approach your first paying customer.
Good fit if you…
- Have an idea (or three) and want to commit to one.
- Have limited money and want a realistic path.
- Prefer doing over endless research.
Not a fit if you want…
- Guaranteed income or a get-rich-quick system.
- Someone to do all the work for you.
- Legal, tax or investment advice. Please use a licensed professional for those.
Questions
Can you build my website after the session?
Yes, if it makes sense. Many founders don’t need a full website on day one; we’ll tell you honestly what you need now and what can wait.
What if the session shows my idea won’t work?
That’s a useful result. It saves you months and money. We’ll help you adjust the idea or choose a better-supported alternative.
Want to know what’s holding your website back?
Send us your website (or your Google listing if you don’t have one). Within one business day you’ll get a short, specific review: what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’d fix first. No obligation.
